经济新常态下财政政策与货币政策如何协调配合

摘要

经济新常态是我国的市场经济在发展过程中的客观规律，也是中国进入新时期的体现，是中国走向更高发展层次必须要经历的过程。国家在将经济增长速度减缓的同时，迈上了更高质的经济发展阶梯。在该背景下，我国财政政策与货币政策的运行环境发生了巨大变化，被赋予了更加具有时代内涵的意义，二者之间如何做到协调配合，承担起时代发展的新任务，成为了国家与社会关注的焦点。为了将资源配置的功能最优化，为我国的经济稳定增长作出贡献，符合经济新常态发展的需要，将高质发展作为时代主题，本文尝试对我国的货币和财政政策进行分析，结合我国的国情，在新形势下对财政政策与货币政策的协调配合提出几点建议，以更好地实现宏观调控的目的。

Abstract

The new normal of economy is an objective law in the development of China's market economy. It is also the embodiment of China's entry into a new era. It is a process that China must go through to a higher level of development. While slowing down the economic growth rate, the country has stepped onto a higher quality economic development ladder. Under this background, great changes have taken place in the operating environment of China's fiscal policy and monetary policy, which have been endowed with the meaning of the times. How to coordinate the two and undertake the new task of the development of the times has become the focus of the state and society. In order to optimize the function of resource allocation, make contributions to China's stable economic growth, meet the needs of the new normal economic development, and take high-quality development as the theme of the times, this paper attempts to analyze China's monetary and fiscal policies, combined with China's national conditions, and puts forward some suggestions on the coordination of fiscal and monetary policies under the new situation, so as to better achieve the purpose of macro-control.
