摘要

改革开放以来，经济金融全球化，推动金融进一步开放是顺应我国进入新时代。金融作为现代经济的核心，在生产要素的优化配置中所起的关键性作用尤为显著。在经济全球化和生产要素的全球配置背景下，进一步加快金融开放，融入金融全球化成为必然。那么我国金融开放与国内发展的协调性到底如何、金融开放与经济增长到底存在一种什么样的关系、我国的金融开放水平如何、金融开放又对我国银行业及金融监管产生哪些影响与挑战？针对以上问题，本文以金融开放与经济增长影响金融为基础，以金融开放与金融发展，国际资本自由流动为主要方向，以最终分析得出，我国金融开放和经济增长相互影响，但是金融开放对经济增长的影响效果明显大于经济增长对金融开放的影响，我国亟需建立新的金融监管体系的结论。

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, the economic and financial globalization and the promotion of further financial opening are in line with my country's entry into a new era. As the core of modern economy, finance plays a particularly significant role in the optimal allocation of production factors. Against the background of economic globalization and the global allocation of production factors, it is inevitable to further accelerate financial opening up and integrate into financial globalization. so what is the coordination between my country's financial opening and domestic development, what is the relationship between financial opening and economic growth, what is the level of my country's financial opening, and what impact and challenges does financial opening have on my country's banking industry and financial supervision? In response to the above problems, this paper is based on the impact of financial opening and economic growth on finance, with financial opening and financial development, and the free flow of international capital as the main direction. The final analysis concludes that my country's financial opening and economic growth affect each other, but financial opening has an impact on each other. The impact of economic growth is obviously greater than the impact of economic growth on financial opening. my country urgently needs to establish a new financial supervision system.
