摘要

自2013年“一带一路”倡议提出以来,我国与沿线国家的经贸合作持续深化。据海关总署数据,2024年我国与“一带一路”沿线国家跨境电商交易额突破3.5万亿元,同比增长22%,跨境电商已成为推动“一带一路”贸易畅通的核心引擎(海关总署,2025)。在此背景下,市场对“外语+跨境电商”复合型人才的需求激增——既需具备多语种沟通能力,又需掌握平台运营、国际贸易、跨文化谈判等技能。然而,高校传统外语人才培养模式侧重语言文学教学,与跨境电商行业需求脱节,导致人才供给与市场需求出现结构性矛盾。

Abstract

Since the Belt and Road Initiative was proposed in 2013, China's economic and trade cooperation with countries along the route has continued to deepen. According to data from the General Administration of Customs, in 2024, the cross-border e-commerce transaction volume between China and Belt and Road countries exceeded 3.5 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 22%. Cross-border e-commerce has become the core engine driving the smooth flow of Belt and Road trade (General Administration of Customs, 2025). Against this backdrop, the market demand for composite talents in "foreign language + cross-border e-commerce" has surged—requiring not only multilingual communication skills but also proficiency in platform operations, international trade, and cross-cultural negotiation. However, the traditional foreign language training model in universities focuses on language and literature education, which is disconnected from the needs of the cross-border e-commerce industry, leading to structural contradictions between talent supply and market demand.
