To effectively address these challenges, enterprises need to adopt diversified strategies, including establishing a diversified supplier system and procurement channels, to reduce the risk of supply disruptions. At the same time, scientific inventory management and stocking strategies, such as setting safety stocks and optimizing order quantities, can help alleviate the uncertainty brought about by demand fluctuations. Technological innovation and digital transformation, such as the adoption of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology, can enhance the transparency and efficiency of the supply chain, and improve the ability to predict and respond to risks.
